This is a class I have set up myself which takes place at the Tithe Barn in Bishop's Cleeve on the outskirts of Cheltenham.
Time: Thursdays 5.00-6.00pm during school term-time only.

Classes are small (10 children on average) and relaxed, with children between the ages of 5 and 13..

The children are free to make whatever they like at their own pace. It is not a taught course offering a tight schedule. My aim is to allow the children to explore their own ideas and instinctive relationship with the clay.

They paint their pieces in coloured slips and I glaze and fire all the work in my kiln at home. Each week there is great excitement as the children discover what their fired pieces look like.
